Getting your access key

The flow, start to finish — two minutes total:

Create your account / log in on the app
Tap through to purchase — checkout is handled securely by Stripe
Get your key — delivered after payment; check your confirmation and your email (including spam)
Return to the login screen and enter your key — paste it exactly, no spaces before or after

If something goes wrong

Don't stress — nothing here loses you your money or your spot. Every one of these is fixable, usually same-day.

I paid but didn't get a key
Check your confirmation screen and email inbox, including spam. Still nothing after 15 minutes? Post in the Discord or email arvis.assistant@gmail.com with the email you used at checkout. Your payment is recorded on Stripe's side — you cannot lose your key or your money. We'll sort it same-day.
My key isn't working
Copy and paste it exactly — no spaces before or after. Seeing "key already used"? You may already be activated: try just logging in. Anything else, send us a screenshot of the error in the Discord and we'll fix it fast.
Billing questions
Anything money-related — charges, receipts, payment issues — email us directly at arvis.assistant@gmail.com. Include the email you used at checkout and we'll take care of it.
Found a bug
Tell us in the Discord. Reported bugs go to the front of the queue and get fixed in the open — that's the founding deal, and it's how the system gets better for everyone.

Installing the app

No app store — on purpose. GMTO OS installs straight from your browser, and updates land instantly.

IPHONE / IPAD

Open the app in Safari → tap the Share button → Add to Home Screen

ANDROID

Open in Chrome → tap the ⋮ menu → Add to Home screen / Install app

DESKTOP

Open in Chrome or Edge → click the install icon at the right end of the address bar
